Welcome to our website.  Our law firm is dedicated to enforcing the rights of those workers injured on the job. We do not employ paralegals. We work with one lawyer and one secretary per unit so that our clients can have personal contact and service with the lawyer that they have hired. While the client's case works its way through the judicial system, we are available during all usual business hours to maintain  continuous support to our clients, answering questions and moving the case forward.

 

OUR FEES ARE STRICTLY CONTINGENT---IF WE DO NOT MAKE A RECOVERY FOR INDEMNITY OR MEDICAL CARE, WE DO NOT RECEIVE  A FEE FOR OUR SERVICES. And, all attorney fees paid or awarded under the Florida Workers Compensation laws  MUST be approved by a Judge of Compensation Claims. Costs of litigation are not included as fees.
